摘　　要：在海洋工程项目结构建造过程中,焊接和检验工作量大,每道焊口需对应一份焊接检验报告,且报告种类繁多,格式各不相同,其管理耗时多、效率低、出错率高,给施工管理带来很大麻烦。以SQL Server数据库为存储介质,采用客户端/服务器的模式自主开发了焊接检验报告管理系统,并成功应用于渤中34-9等多个海洋工程项目,取得了良好效果。该系统实现了多人同时在线操作、数据共享、智能查询、自动统计、智能纠错等功能,显著提高了焊接检验报告出具的准确率和效率,为项目施工节约了大量时间。During the structure construction of offshore engineering,there is a large number of welding and inspection work accompanied,as each weld joint is combination with an independent inspection report,there are many different kinds of welding inspection reports,and the format is not identical,thus it takes a lot time to manage the inspection reports. The low efficiency and high error rate bring great trouble to the construction management. A welding inspection report management system is developed,which SQL Server database and client/Server mode are used,and the system had been well applied in BZ34-9 etc. project. Many users online simultaneously, data sharing,intelligent query operation,intelligent error correction,automatic statistics etc. functions are realized in this system,so the accuracy and efficiency of the inspection report management is improved significantly,and a lot of time is saved for the subsequent work.
