摘 要:以维生素B12(VB12)为碳源、氮源和钴源,采用一步水热法制备氮、钴双掺杂荧光碳点,探究了水热温度和水热时间对碳点荧光性能的影响,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、荧光光谱(MFS)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)与高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)等方法对合成碳点的光学性能、元素组成、表面官能团及其形貌等进行了表征,结果表明所制备的水溶性荧光碳点表现出蓝色荧光,具有良好的水溶性和稳定性,平均粒径为3.26nm。最后将碳点溶液与肝癌细胞共同孵育,对其细胞毒性进行了检测。Nitrogen, cobalt-codoped fluorescent carbon dots (CDs) were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method while VB12 was chosen as the carbon, nitrogen and cobalt source. The effects of the hydrothermal temperature and time were optimized to obtain CDs with excellent fluorescent properties. Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscopy were used to characterize the optical properties, surface groups and morphology of CDs. The results showed that the prepared CDs, which were highly water-soluble with particle size of 3.26 nm emitted blue fluorescence under UV-vis light. At last, the cytotoxicity assay of the CDs was performed by incubation with hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
