摘 要:用液相色谱仪分析萘-甲醇溶液标准物质,通过研究波长、流动相比例、流速、柱温对杂质峰与目标峰的分离度及对目标物的峰面积、峰高的影响,确定了分析萘-甲醇溶液标准物质的最佳条件:波长275nm;流动相比例80%(甲醇∶水=80∶20);流速0.5mL/min;柱温40℃。The naphthalene-methanol standard solution was analyzed by liquid chromatography. The influences of the wavelength, proportion of mobile phase, flow rate and column temperature on the separa tion degree of the impurity peaks and target peaks were investigated while the effects on the peak areas and peak heights of the target substances were studied as well. The optimum conditions were as follows 275 nm as the wavelength, 80% (the proportion of methanol to water was 80%) as the proportion of mobile phase, 0.5 mL/min as the flow rate and 40℃ as the column temperature.
