摘  要:分别采用动态脉冲H2化学吸附、静态H2化学吸附、H2-O2滴定法和H2-程序升温脱附(H2-TPD)法测定了Ni催化剂的金属分散度,探讨了不同测试方法、不同测试条件对金属分散度测定的影响。结果表明,动态脉冲H2化学吸附、静态H2化学吸附这两种测量方法比较适合Ni催化剂金属催化剂的测定,重复性较好。而H2-O2滴定法和H2-TPD法实验偏差相对较大,H2-O2滴定法只有在一定的测试条件进行才能保证测试结果的真实性。In this work, the metal dispersion of Ni catalysts was measured by different methods, including H2-pulse chemisorption, H2 adsorption isotherm, H2-O2 titration and H2-temperature programmed desorption (H2-TPD). The experimental results showed that the results were almost the same between H2-pulse ehemisorption and H2 adsorption isotherm methods. Suitable temperature should be selected to avoid the reaction between Ni and O2 in H2-O2 titration method. The repeatability results of H2-pulse chemisorption and H2 adsorption isotherm methods were more favorable, while the relative standard deviations of H2-O2 titration and H2-TPD methods were relatively larger. The analytical accuracy could only be en- sured under specific measurement conditions for H2-O2 titration method.
