摘  要:目的:研制一种传染病快检集成背囊,用于战现场早期群发疫情病原体快速检测。方法:传染病快检集成背囊由箱体、伸缩拉杆、滚轮及支架组成,其中箱体由上箱体和下箱体组成。上箱体为常温仓,内部通过隔断设置了多个普通试剂存放室;下箱体为低温仓,设有多个特殊试剂存放室,内含降温装置。结果:该背囊与外部环境相对隔离,可有效保障内存试剂的性能,实现对12种传染病病原体的快速检测,可有效解决传染病防控现场快检操作步骤烦琐、携带不便、携带试剂存放条件有限等问题。结论:该背囊具有结构精巧合理、携带使用方便、试剂存放安全、功能集成一体化等特点,为传染病防控现场的快速筛检提供了可靠、有效的检验设备,值得推广使用。Objective To develop an integrated backpack for rapid detection of mass infectious diseases at field conditions.Methods The backpack was composed of a body, a telescopic trolley, four carts and a support. The backpack body consisted of upper and lower parts, of which, the upper part was divided into multi compartments to hold common reagents and the lower part integrated a cooling device to form several low-temperature compartments to store special reagents. Results The backpack could eliminate the influences from external environment, preserve the performances of the reagents and execute rapid detection of 12 kinds of infectious agents. Conclusion The backpack gains advantages in structure, portability, reagent storing and integrated functions, and thus is worthy promoting for rapid detection and screening of infectious diseases.
