摘  要:目的:探讨基于开源软件平台MITK开发的锥形束CT(cone-beam CT,CBCT)图像质量保证工具CITK的适用性,分析该工具是否可用于CBCT图像的质量保证。方法:通过CITK工具记录Rapid Arc设备装机验收时CBCT图像的相关参数作为原始比对模板,随后对设备使用期间每次质量保证(quality assurance,QA)产生的CBCT图像,通过CITK工具实测和识别相关参数(包括CATphan 504模体的8种密度插件CT值和自动识别的低对比度分辨力和空间分辨力参数),得到的参数再与原始比对模板进行比较分析,进而确定CBCT图像的质量是否满足要求。结果:5次QA年检得到的8种密度插件的CT值与原始比对模板对应插件的CT值行配对t检验差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);自动识别的低对比度分辨力参数和空间分辨力参数均满足要求。结论:CITK工具能够满足CBCT图像QA的需要,可用于CBCT图像的质量保证。Objective To discuss the applicability of a quality assurance tool with Medical Imaging Toolkit(MITK) for conebeam computed tomography(CBCT) images, and to analyze whether it can be used for the quality assurance of CBCT images.Methods The corresponding parameters of CBCT images were recorded with CITK tool and used as the original comparison template when Rapid Arc was installed, and the CBCT images generated by each QA during the use of the device were measured and identified by means of CITK tool subsequently. Then the parameters obtained, including the CT values of 8 kinds of density plug-in of CATphan 504 phantom as well as the parameters for low-contrast resolution and spacial resolution recognized automatically, were compared with the comparison template to determine whether the CBCT images met the requirements. Results T-test was used in the quantitative analysis. No statistical difference(P〉0.05) existed between the CT values obtained during the 5 times of QA yearly inspection and those of the original comparison template. The parameters for low-contrast resolution and spacial resolution recognized automatically satisfied the desired requirements. Conclusion CITK tool can be used for CBCT image quality control.
