摘 要:心力衰竭是指由于心肌收缩力降低,心脏射血量减少或不能将静脉回心血液充分排出,引起静脉回流受阻,导致静脉系统血液瘀滞及动脉系统血液灌注不足所出现的心肌循环衰竭的一组综合征,又称充血性心力衰竭。心力衰竭依然是全球发病率和死亡率最高的疾病之一。对于充血性心力衰竭的研究,已从器官水平逐步深入到细胞水平乃至基因水平,并且,人们研究并确立了神经内分泌系统在心力衰竭发生与发展中的主导作用,其中,交感神经系统过度激活的作用举足轻重,大量研究证实其与充血性心力衰竭的病情恶化以及病死率密切相关。现对交感神经系统过度激活这一慢性心力衰竭重要发病机制之一的作用及以此为治疗靶点的药物治疗及非药物治疗的进展做一综述。Heart failure (HF)is a group of syndromes of myocardial circulation failure, which is due to reduced myocardial contractility, decreased cardiac ejection, or venous unable to return to heart sufficiently,leading to venous blood stasis and insufficient arterial blood peffusion,also known as congestive heart failure. Heart failure has one of the highest global morbidity and mortality. The study of congestive heart failure has developed gradually from the organ to the cellular level and even to the gene level. Research has studied and established the leading role of neuroendoerine system in the occurrence and development of heart failure, among which the activation of the sympathetic nervous system holds a decisive position. A large number of studies have confirmed that it is closely related to the deterioration and mortality of the congestive heart failure. This paper reviews the role of overactive sympathetic nervous system as one of the important pathogenesis of chronic heart failure and being a therapeutic target for drug as well as non-drug treatment.
