摘　　要：左心室室壁瘤是急性心肌梗死的一种严重并发症,好发于左室心尖部,常常合并恶性心律失常、心力衰竭、左心室附壁血栓,甚至心脏破裂等危及生命的并发症,内科药物治疗效果不佳,未经治疗的患者10年生存率为18%。随着医学的发展,针对左室壁瘤的治疗策略也在不断变化,现就左心室室壁瘤的治疗进展进行综述。Left ventricular aneurysm is a serious complication of acute myocardial infarction. It often occurs in the left ventricular apex and is frequently associated with nausea, arrhythmia, heart failure, left ventricular thrombus, cardiac rupture and even life-threatening complications. Medical treatment for left ventricular aneurysm is almost ineffective ,and the 10-year survival rate of untreated patients is only 18%. With the development of medicine, therapeutic strategy for left ventrieular aneury-sm is also changing. This paper reviews the progress in the treatment of left ventricular aneurysm.
