摘 要:通过建立X8型农机三角带有限元模型,在考虑到伸张层、底胶和骨架材料的基础上,分析了三角带在楔入带轮后各部位的应力和形变分布,考察了强力层对三角带张紧的影响,同时对三角带强力层的位置变化进行了研究。结果表明,加入强力层可以避免三角带因过度拉长而引起的伸张层两端翘曲和底胶应力分布不均的现象;同时,可增大楔紧力和摩擦力,提高传动效率。中性层位置会随着强力层位置的改变发生偏移;强力层位置太低,有效接触面积减小,楔紧力减小,皮带易打滑,且层间剪切应力增大,导致强力层脱出;强力层位置太高,伸张层两侧受压,易导致边角磨损。Through modelling of a X8 agriculture V-belt comprising a stretching layer,compression rubber and framework material,we analyze the effect of a reinforcing layer on the stress-stain properties of the V-belt when it wedges into the wheels.The effect of varying the locations of the reinforcing layer in the V-belt is analyzed.The results show that adding the reinforcing layer can effectively avoid stretching layer warping or nonuniform stress distribution in the compression rubber,due to the elongation of v-belt.Meanwhile,it can increase force of engage and friction,improving transmission efficiency.The place of neutral layer will be changed with different locations of the reinforcing layer.By moving the reinforcing layer towards bottom of the belt,the effective contact area decreased and force of engage decreased as well which makes V-belt slipping easily.However,if the positon of the reinforce layer is too high,the stretching layer will be compressed by pulley which could lead to wear of vertex angle.
