后处理工艺对树脂级低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶性能的影响

摘　　要：考察了压差式双釜凝聚的温度及压力、分散剂的种类及用量、体系pH值对低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(LCBR)性能的影响,并与三釜凝聚的工业装置参数进行了对比,研究了挤出机头模具的孔数、挤压干燥一体机的机头温度、压力及螺杆转速对LCBR性能的影响。结果表明,对于双釜凝聚过程,第一凝釜的温度为95~97℃,压力为24~27kPa,第二凝釜的温度为98~100℃,压力为27~30kPa,十二烷基硫酸钠和十二烷基磺酸钠的质量分数为0.1%,pH值调节至6~7时,其分散效果较好;对于挤出脱挥过程,机头模具孔数为4~6个,机头温度为120~150℃,机头压力为2.4MPa,螺杆转速为1 500r/min时,LCBR的综合性能较佳。Compared with the three stage stripping process,effects of temperature and pressure,kinds and amount of dispersant,and the pH value of the two stage pressure differential stripping process on properties of low cis -1,4-polybutadiene rubber（LCBR） were studied.And Effects of the numbers of holes in extruder,temperature and pressure of extrusion drying integrated machine and screw speed on properties of LCBR were also investigated.The results showed that for the two stage pressure differential stripping process,temperature and pressure of the first condensation pot were 95~ 97 ℃ and 24~27 kPa,temperature and pressure of the second condensation pot were 98~100 ℃ and 27~30 kPa.Effect of dispersion of lauryl sodium sulfate and sodium dodecylsulphate were good,and the weight amount was 0.1%.And the pH value was 6~7.And the properties of LCBR was better when the number of holes in extruder was 4~6,the temperature was 120~150 ℃,the pressure was 2.4 MPa,and the screw speed was 1 500 r/min.
