摘 要:为解决悬臂梁式压电采集器存在的高谐振频率和窄工作频带问题,设计了一种由n段梁和n个质量块构成的新型采集器。首先考虑在尺度效应影响条件下建立微段梁的动力学模型,并实验验证了模型的准确性。进而建立了新型采集器的动力学模型,推导了其外界激励的响应及输出电压计算公式。最后以n=2为例讨论了其谐振频率和输出电压方面的性能。结果表明采集器的谐振频率得到大幅降低,在50 Hz以下存在15.25 Hz和23.08Hz两个谐振点,在20.32Hz有效工作频带内,输出电压在80mV以上。A novel type of energy harvester composed of n section beams and n mass blocks is proposed to solve the problems of high resonance frequency and narrow band of cantilever beam piezoelectric energy harvester. Firstly, the dynamic model of micro section beam is established under the influence of scale effect, and the accuracy of the model is verified by experiments. And then the dynamic model of the new collector is established, and the response of the external excitation and the formula of the output voltage are deduced. Finally, taking n=2 as an example, the performance of its resonant frequency and output voltage is discussed. The results show that the resonant frequency of the collector is greatly reduced. There are two resonance points of 15.25 Hz and 23.08 Hz below 50 Hz, and the output voltage is above 80 mV in the effective frequency band of 20.32 Hz.
