会阴痛患者抑郁及其严重程度和生活质量的调查

摘　　要：目的评估会阴痛患者抑郁及其严重程度,并探讨健康调查简表(SF-36)用于会阴痛患者生活质量的可行性,评估综合治疗对会阴痛的疗效。方法采用抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、SF-36健康简表评估112例会阴痛患者抑郁及严重程度和生活质量,并对SF-36健康简表信度和效度进行分析。结果 SF-36健康简表的各维度均有较好的可信度(ICC=0.89~0.99),各维度Cronbach’sα系数均在0.80以上,结构效度检验共提取9个公因子,基本反映了量表8个维度,与量表的结构构思基本相符。在112例患者中,32例患者不合并抑郁,80例患者合并抑郁,2组患者在躯体健康与心理健康总评方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在综合治疗前后会阴痛患者生活质量各维度评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SF-36健康简表可以对会阴痛患者的生活质量进行有效评估,会阴痛患者多合并抑郁状态,疼痛和负面情绪影响患者的生存质量,综合治疗可明显改善患者生存质量。Objective To evaluate depression state and explore the feasibility of SF-36 in assessment of health-re- lated quality of life in patients with perineal pain. Use SF-36 to assess the effect of comprehensive treatment of perineal pain. Methods The reliability, validity of SF-36 was analyzed. One hundred and twelve patients with perineal pain were surveyed using self-rating depression scale （SDS） and the Medical Outcomes Study item short from health survey （SF- 36）. Results The eight dimensions of the SF-36 had good credibility （ICC = 0.89-0.99）. The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the various dimensions of SF-36 scale was above 0.80. Among the 112 patients, 32 cases were not associated with depres- sion, 80 cases with depression. There were significant difference between the two group in the physical health and the mental health （P 〈 0.05）. The scores before and after comprehensive treatment had significant differences in eight dimensions of the SF-36 （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion SF-36 simple scale health survey can make evaluation on health and quality of life in patients with perineal pain. Most patients with perineal pain are accompanied by depression. Pain and negative emotion seriously affect the life quality of patients. Comprehensive treatment can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with perineal pain.
