摘  要:建立了纺织品中N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的高效液相色谱测定方法。纺织品中的N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮经高纯水在超声波辅助条件下提取后,在反相C18柱上用乙腈和磷酸二氢钾洗脱,用二极管阵列检测器检测,检测N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的定量波长为210 nm,检测1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的定量波长为200 nm。N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的定量限为0.25 mg/kg,1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的定量限为0.50 mg/kg。回收率N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为90.3%~98.1%,1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮为93.2%~99.8%。N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.18%~8.43%,1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.78%~6.56%,符合残留物分析的技术指标要求。The method of determination of N,N-dimethylacetamide and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed. After extracted by microwave-assisted high purity water from textiles, N,N-dimethylacetamide and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone were eluted at C18 stationery liquid column with gradient elution of acetonitrile and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, which were detected by diode-array detector(DAD). The quantitative wavelength of N,N-dimethylacetamide was 210 nm, and that of 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone was 200 nm. The low detection limit of N,N-dimethylacetamide determined by this method was 0.25 mg/kg, and that of 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone was 0.50 mg/kg. The recovery of N,N-dimethylacetamide was 90.3%-98.1%, and that of 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone was 93.2%-99.8%. The relative standard deviation(RSD) values of N,N-dimethylacetamide was 3.18%-8.43%, and that of 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone was 2.78%-6.56%, both of which could meet the technical requirements of residue analysis.
