摘 要:为了研究运输应激对牛不同组织热休克蛋白HSPs表达量的影响,试验采用实时荧光定量PCR和Western-blot技术,检测短途公路运输3 h后牛外周血淋巴细胞、心脏、肝脏和背最长肌中HSP27、HSP70和HSP90的表达情况。结果表明:3 h短途运输后,与对照组相比,运输应激组HSPs在不同组织中的表达量显著增加(P〈0.05)。说明HSPs表达量可以作为牛运输应激性状的候选分子指标。The aim of the present study was to demonstrate the expression of heat shock proteins( HSPs) in different tissues of the beef cattle.The expression of HSP27,HSP70 and HSP90 in peripheral blood lymphocytes,heart,liver and longissimus muscle were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western-blot. The results showed that compared with the control group,the expression of HSPs in different tissues in the transport stress group was significantly increased in different degrees( P〈0. 05). The results suggested that the expression of HSPs could be used as a candidate molecular marker for transport stress traits in cattle.
