摘  要:介绍了FF-36A及FC-32A催化剂在中石油云南石化有限公司1.8 Mt/a柴油加氢改质装置的应用情况,分析了催化剂氮中毒的原因,通过对循环流程进行变更,解决了催化剂氮中毒的问题。对装置提高催化裂化(FCC)柴油十六烷值的操作工况进行了说明。应用表明:装置加工FCC柴油、渣油加氢柴油、直馏柴油时,在75%负荷运转条件下,在改质反应器入口温度342℃、体积空速1.5 h^(-1)、氢油体积比1 700的情况下,可将FCC柴油的十六烷值提高10单位左右,柴油产品通过加氢改质后密度降低,硫质量分数不大于2μg/g,满足国Ⅴ柴油标准要求,副产品石脑油经加氢后可作为重整原料。建议在柴油改质装置短暂停工时,将长循环流程改为装置内部循环流程;装置在设计时需充分考虑耗氢问题,避免出现新氢压缩机设计负荷偏小的问题。The application of FF-36 A and FC-32 A catalysts in a 1. 8 MM TPY diesel hydro-upgrading unit in Petro China Yunnan Petrochemical Company is introduced. The causes of nitrogen poisoning of catalyst are analyzed. The recycle process is changed,which has solved the problem of catalyst poisoning by nitrogen.The operation of FCC unit to increase the cetane number of FCC diesel is described. The application shows that,under the conditions of processing FCC diesel,diesel of residue oil hydrotreating and straight-run diesel at 75% of capacity,342 ℃ upgrading reactor inlet temperature,1. 5 h-1 space velocity and 1 700 hydrogen to oil ratio,the cetane number of FCC gasoline can be elevated by about 10 units. The density of diesel product after hydrotreating is reduced and the mass percentage of sulfur is no higher than 2 μg/g,which can meet the specifications of Guo Ⅴ gasoline standard. The by-product naphtha goes to naphtha hydrotreater and is used as the feedstock of continuous catalytic reformer(CCR). It is recommended that,during the short-time unit shutdown of the diesel upgrading unit,the long recycle process should be changed to internal recycle process.In addition,the hydrogen consumption should be fully considered in unit design so as to avoid the insufficient design capacity of make-up hydrogen compressor.
