摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锂锌铁氧体干凝胶,干凝胶通过自蔓延燃烧得到纳米铁氧体粉末,并对粉末在1300℃的条件下进行高温烧结,获得了Li0.35Zn0.3Fe2.35O4铁氧体粉末。将锂锌铁氧体粉末与硅橡胶进行复合,并测试其吸波性能。结果显示在1.6-12GHz的频段范围,该复合材料吸波性能良好,不但具有两个吸收峰,且其吸收性能均大于8dB,最大吸收性能达到了47dB。The lithium zinc ferrite dry gel was prepared by the sol - gel method. The nano ferrite powder was obtained by self propagating combustion, and the Li0. 35Zn0. 3Fe2. 35O4 ferrite powder was obtained at high tem- perature under the condition of 1300 ℃. The lithium zinc ferrite powder was compounded with silicone rubber and its microwave absorbing property was tested. The results show that in the range of 1.6 - 12GHz, the composites have good wave absorption properties, not only have two absorption peaks, but also their reflectivity is more than 8dB, and the maximum retlectivity reaches 47dB.
