微型钢板螺钉治疗足部跖骨颈骨折的临床效果及并发症发生率分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微型钢板螺钉治疗足部跖骨颈骨折的临床治疗效果及并发症发生情况。方法 80例足部跖骨颈骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者选择克氏针髓内固定治疗,观察组患者选择微型钢板螺钉固定治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗优良率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的82.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为2.5%,明显低于对照组的22.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型钢板螺钉治疗足部跖骨颈骨折的临床效果显著,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment effects and complications incidence of miniature plate screw for the treatment of foot metatarsal neck fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with foot metatarsal neck fracture were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control grioup was treated with Kirschner wire intramedullary fixation,the observation group was treated with miniature plate screw fixation.The clinical treatment effects and complications between the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than 82.5% in the control group,the differencewas statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than 22.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The implementation of miniature plate screw for the treatment of foot metatarsal neck fracture has significant clinical effect and low incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
