瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年冠心病伴高胆固醇血症患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年冠心病伴高胆固醇血症患者的疗效。方法 86例老年冠心病伴高胆固醇血症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组采用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗,对照组采用辛伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C分别为(4.18±0.54)、(1.42±0.15)、(1.71±0.28)、(2.86±0.34)mmol/L,优于对照组的(5.26±0.44)、(1.57±0.26)、(1.53±0.42)、(3.09±0.51)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.65%低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀对老年冠心病伴高胆固醇血症患者降血脂的作用明显,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of Resuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypercholesterolemia.Methods 86 elderly patients with coronary heart disease associated with hypercholesterolemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Resuvastatin and the control group was treated with Simvastatin.The triglyceride（TG）,serum cholesterol（TC）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） before and after treatment,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the observation group were（4.18 ±0.54）,（1.42±0.15）,（1.71±0.28）,（2.86 ±0.34） mmol/L respectively,which were significantly higher than（5.26±0.44）,（1.57±0.26）,（1.53±0.42）,（3.09±0.51） mmol/L in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 18.60% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The effect of Resuvastatin on lowering blood lipids in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypercholesterolemia is obvious and worthy of clinical promotion.
