综合护理对精神病患者攻击行为的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对精神病患者攻击行为的效果。方法 88例精神病患者,根据不同的护理方式分为观察组与对照组,各44例。观察组采用常规护理+综合护理,对照组采用单纯的常规护理,比较两组患者护理前后修订版外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分以及护理后攻击行为发生率。结果护理前两组患者语言攻击、物品攻击、自身攻击、攻击他人评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者语言攻击、物品攻击、自身攻击、攻击他人评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后攻击行为发生率为9.1%,低于对照组的40.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对精神病患者攻击行为有很好的控制作用,能够改善患者的临床症状,降低攻击行为发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the aggressive behavior of psychotic patients.Methods 88 patients with psychotic were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,41 cases in each group.The observation group was given routine care and comprehensive care,and the control group was given simple routine care.The scores of modified overt aggression scales（MOAS） before and after nursing,the occurrence of aggressive behavior after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in scores of language attacks,item attacks,self attacks and attack others（P〈0. 05）.The scores of language attacks,item attacks,self attacks and attack others in both groups after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing,and above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.The incidence of aggressive behavior in the observation group after nursing was 9.1%,which was significantly lower than 40.9% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a good control on the aggressive behavior of psychotic patients,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of aggressive behavior.
