轻型门式刚架设计中钢号的合理选择

摘　　要：选取笔者曾设计的1个门式刚架工程实例,按照有无吊车荷载两种不同工况,分别选用Q235B钢和Q345B钢进行截面及内力设计。强度、刚度和稳定性均满足新版GB 51022—2015《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规范》规定。通过对比两种不同工况下选用Q235B钢和Q345B钢设计的门式刚架的梁柱截面、梁柱构件应力比及用钢量,为工程设计人员在进行轻型门式刚架的设计中如何合理地选择钢号提供了参考建议。An example of a light-weight building with gabled flame designed by the author is presented in this paper. According to two different conditions which were whether include the crane load, Q235B steel and Q345B steel were selected in section design and internal force. Strength, stiffness and stability were satisfied withGB 51022-2015 《Technieal code for steel structure oflight-weight building with gabled frames》. By comparing the two different conditions： sections of beam and column; stress ratio of beam and column; the amount of steel. Some suggestions how to select steel number reasonably were provided in this paper, when engineers will be design light-weight building with gabled frame for selection of design personnel in the design of steel portal frame in how to reasonable.
