摘　　要：随着城市的快速发展,城市地下空间的利用愈加受人关注,在政府的大力推行下,城市综合管廊得到了大力发展,然而作为百年的地下工程,防渗防漏成了工程的重中之重。论文主要简介了城市综合管廊的发展现状,并对以往地下工程的渗漏原因做了剖析,从而提出从设计、施工、材料等方面采取措施,以确保防水效果。With the rapid development of the city, the utilization of urban underground space has drawn more and more attention. With the vigorous implementation of the government, the urban utility tunnel has been greatly developed. However, as a century-old underground project, the seepage prevention and leakage prevention project has become a project top priority. This paper mainly introduces the status quo of the development of urban utility tunnel, analyzes the causes of the leakage of underground works in the past, and proposes to take measures to ensure the waterproof effect from the aspects of design, construction and materials.
