摘　　要：论文从做好施工前的准备工作、确保项目决策工作科学性、控制好施工进度、加强施工质量管控力度、严格控制公路工程造价五方面探讨了公路工程现场施工质量控制与管理策略,并提出了个人见解。In this paper, we should make good preparations before construction, ensure the scientific nature of project decision making, control construction progress, and strengthen the control of construction quality.Five aspects such as strictly controlling the construction cost of highway engineering are discussed in this paper, and the control and management strategy of the construction on the spot of highway engineering are discussed, and some personal opinions are put forward.
