摘  要:重油加氢精制装置高压螺纹换热器,因换热器换热后温度低导致换热器铵盐结晶,反应系统压降大,循环氢压缩机负荷增加,被迫停工。通过分析高压螺纹换热器结盐的原因,提出改进措施和预防措施,通过控制原料中杂质含量和控制反应产物换热器温度,以此来延缓高压换热器结盐,实现装置平稳运行。Because of low temperature of high pressure heat exchanger system of hydrogenation unit afrer heat exchange that causes ammonium deposit,high pressure drop of reaction system,the load increasing of circulator,it causes stopping of the unit.According to analysis of the causes of ammonium salt deposit of the high pressure heat exchanger,it put forward the improvement measures and preventive measures.The formation of the salt was delayed by controlling the impurity content of raw materials and high pressure heat exchanger temperature.It made the device smoothly operation.
