摘 要:以精萘与丙烯为原料,在固体酸催化剂的作用下合成二异丙基萘,对其合成工艺进行了研究,旨在优化工艺条件,提高原料综合利用率,降低生产成本。实验结果显示,选择硅铝酸作为催化剂,当催化剂用量为5%,反应温度为180℃时,二异丙基萘的收率最高可达到40%。以氯化铝(AlCl_3)为催化剂,对副产物三、四异丙基萘进行转位反应获得二异丙基萘,当催化剂用量为4%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间30min,副产物中三、四异丙基萘含量均降至5%以下。The synthesis of diisopropylnaphthalene from naphthalene and propylene with solid acid as catalyst was studied.The results show that the highest yield of diisopropylnaphthalene can reach around 40 percent,when the content of amorphous aluminum silicate catalyst was 5% and the reaction temperature was 180℃.Diisopropylnaphthalene was also obtained by transalkylation of the by-products such as triisopropylnaphthalene and tetraisopropylnaphthalene with aluminum chloride(AlCl3)as acatalyst.When the AlCl3 content is 4%,the reaction temperature is 80℃,and the reaction time is 30 min,the content of triisopropylnaphthalene and tetraisopropylnaphthalene in the by-products decreases to below 5%.
