摘　　要：滤泡性辅助性T细胞(Tfh细胞)是一种新发现的CD4^+辅助性T细胞。Tfh细胞在B细胞的增殖分化及产生高亲和力抗体中具有重要作用,参与体液免疫,很多疾病的发病与Tfh细胞相关,如系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、过敏性疾病等。本文针对Tfh细胞及其在皮肤病中的作用进行综述。Follicular helper T cells（ Tfh cells） are distinguished from other CD4＋T helper cells（ Th cells）. Tfh cells play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells and humoral immunity. Tfh cells were reported to play crucial roles in the autoimmune diseases,such as systemic lupus erythematosus,sjogren＇s syndrome,allergic diseases and so on. Tfh cells and related disease are reviewed in this article.
