摘  要:目的探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术对输尿管结石患者的疗效。方法选择2016年6月-2017年10月在佛山市高明区人民医院治疗的输尿管结石患者80例,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组给予输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组进行气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的58.0%;观察组的手术、住院时间分别为(29.5±8.6)min、(5.4±0.8)d,短于对照组的(40.8±10.7)min、(7.8±1.4)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术可有效治疗输尿管结石,缩短手术时间和住院时间,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods From June 2016 to October 2017,80 patients with ureteral calculi in Foshan Gaoming District People's Hospital were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each groups according to random number table. The observation group was treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser treatment,the control group was treated with pneumatic lithotripsy,and the curative effects of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,higher than that of the control group with 58.0%;The operative time and hospitalization time in the observation group were(29.5±8.6)min and(5.4±0.8)d,respectively,shorter than those in the control group with(40.8±10.7)min and(7.8±1.4)d;The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy can effectively treat ureteral calculi,shorten operation time and hospitalization time,and is worthy of clinical application.
