摘 要:以红豆杉果皮为原料,通过乙醇溶剂提取有效成分黄酮。实验研究了液料比、乙醇体积分数、超声时间、提取时间等对黄酮提取率的影响,并用正交试验方法对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:在料液比为1∶40,乙醇体积分数为55%,超声时间为90 min的优化条件下,黄酮的提取率为6.86 mg·g-1。羟基自由基清除能力实验结果显示,红豆杉果皮黄酮比同浓度的抗坏血酸更强,是天然抗氧化剂。Flavonoids were extracted from Taxus yunnannensis pericarp by ethanol solution. The effects of liquid-solid ratio,concentration of ethanol,ultrasonic time and extraction time on the extraction yield of flavonoids were studied. Based on the single factor experiments,the orthogonal texts were employed to optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids. The results of experiments indicated that under the optimal conditions: solid-liquid ratio was1∶40,concentration of ethanol was 55% and ultrasonic time was 90 min,the maximum extraction rate of flavonoids was 6. 86 mg·g^-1. The results of antioxidation experiments showed that the flavonoids of Taxus yunnannensis pericarp were natural antioxidants,which had strong scavenging capacity on ·OH than ascorbic acid.
