摘  要:常规温湿度独立控制空调系统要由两套子系统组成,其结构复杂、占用空间大.为了改善常规系统的缺点,探讨了动态冰浆生成技术在温湿度独立控制空调系统中应用的可行性,设计了一套加入闪蒸蒸发器的新系统.采用分析的方法,分析了制冷机组中各个部件的能量损失,并设计实验计算了本系统的损失.结果表明,本系统的设计能有效利用损失的,利用闪蒸生成动态冰浆,能简化系统结构,减少系统成本.The conventional temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system has two subsystems, which leads to a complex construction and a need of more space. In order to solve this problem, the feasibility of the application of dynamic ice slurry generation technology in temperature and humidity independent controlled air conditioning system is discussed, and a new type of system with flash evaporator is designed. The exergy loss of each component in the refrigeration unit is analyzed by using the method of exergy analysis. The exergy loss of the system is calculated by designing an experiment. The design concept of reducing the exergy loss of the system is analyzed, and the improvement of the system is provided.
