抗纤益心浓缩丸对大鼠血浆6-keto-PGF_(1a)及TXB_2的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗纤益心浓缩丸对大鼠血浆6-酮前列环素F1a(6-keto-PGF1a)及血栓素B2(TXB2)的影响。方法:将SD大鼠40只随机分为抗纤益心浓缩丸高剂量(18.8 g/kg)组、低剂量(4.7 g/kg)组,阿司匹林(20mg/kg)组,空白(等量生理盐水)组,每组10只。各组大鼠每日上午8时左右灌胃1次,连续灌胃7天。腹主动脉取血肝素钠抗凝,标本采集30分钟内3 000 r/min离心15分钟,取上清液,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定血浆6-keto-PGF1a及TXB2水平。结果:与空白组相比,高剂量组、阿司匹林组差异显著(P<0.05),低剂量组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:抗纤益心浓缩丸可降低TXB2含量,升高6-keto-PGF1a含量,对血栓形成有一定的抑制作用。Objective： To discuss the effects ofKangXian YiXin concentrated pills on 6-keto-PGF1a and TXB2 in the plasma of the rats. Methods： Forty SD rats were randomized into high （18.8 g/kg） and low doses （4.7 g/kg） groups ofKangXian YiXin concentrated pills, the control group of aspirin（20 mg/kg） and the blank group （equivalent physiological saline）, ten rats each group. The rats in different groups were drenched once at around eight am each day, for seven days consecutively. Blood was drawn from aorta abdominalis and anticoagulant heparin sodium was added, the specimen was separated by centfifugation at the speed of 3 000 r/min for 15 minutes within 30 minutes that the specimen was collected, the levels of 6-keto-PGF1a and TXB2 in the plasma were detected by ELISA method after getting liquid supernatant. Results： Compared with the blank group, the difference was significant in the high dose group and aspirin group（P〈0.05）, there was no difference in low dose group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： KangXian YiXin concentrated pills could decrease the contents of TXB2, and raise the contents of 6-keto-PGF1a, which shows the inhibitory effects to thrombogenesis to a certain degree.
