亲情化护理对急诊脑外伤患儿日常活动能力及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究亲情化护理模式对急诊脑外伤患儿日常活动能力及神经功能的影响。方法:将医院2013年6月至2014年5月收治的急诊脑外伤患儿48例设为对照组,实施传统护理干预;将医院2014年6月至2015年5月收治的急诊脑外伤患儿50例设为研究组,开展亲情化护理模式。2组小儿在干预前及干预后第8周末均接受脑外伤残损评价表(SIAS)和日常活动能力(ADL)的评估。结果:研究组患儿干预后运动功能、肌张力、躯干平衡、健侧肢体功能及SIAS总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组患儿Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:亲情化护理模式有助于改善急诊脑外伤患儿日常活动能力,改善其神经功能。Objective： To explore the effects of family-based nursing on the acitivity of daily living （ADL） and neural function of the children with emergency brain traumua. Methods： All 48 children admitted to our hospital from June, 2013 to May, 2014 were set as the control group, who accepted traditional nursing intervention; another 50 children admitted from June, 2014 to May, 2015 were chosen as the study group, who received family-based nursing. ADL and American Spinal Injury Association （ASIA） of the children in both groups were assessed before the intervention, by the end of the eighth week after the intervention. Results： The study group was higher than the control group in the scales of motor function, muscular tension, trunk balance, limb fianction of the healthy side and total scales of ASIA, and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The study group was higher than the control group in Barthel index after the intervention, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Family-based nursing is helpful to improve ADL and neural function of the children with emergency brain trauma.
