时间护理在慢性神经病理性疼痛中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性神经病理性疼痛应用时间护理的效果。方法:将慢性神经病理性疼痛患者56例按照数字抽签法分为观察组和对照组各28例。2组均实行常规护理,观察组同时加用时间护理。比较2组患者VAS评分和睡眠质量评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组干预7天后VAS评分和睡眠质量评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:合理运用时间护理模式有助于减轻慢性神经病理性疼痛患者的疼痛程度,帮助改善睡眠质量,提高临床护理质量。Objective： To discuss the effects of time nursing applied to chronic neuropathic pain （CNP）. Methods： All 56 CNP patients were separated into the observation group and the control group according to digital drawing method. Both groups adopted conventional nursing, the observation group added time nursing. Nursing satisfactory degrees, sleep quality scales and VAS scales of the patients were compared between both groups. Results： The observation group was lower than the control group in VAS scales and the quality of sleep quality in seven days after the intervention （P〈0.05）. The observation group was higher than the control group in the scales of nursing satisfactory degrees （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Rational use of time nursing is helpful to relieve the pain of CNP patients, improve sleep quality and raise the quality of clinical nursing.
