摘　　要：针对汽车车身粘贴高亮黑膜的工艺设计及实施进行研究,分析了3种达成分色的技术路线。针对高亮黑膜的特性进行了质量分析,从影响因素着手进行了工艺设计,同时对工艺参数和控制手段进行了规定,最终生产出品质合格的产品。In this paper, the process design and implementation of the hi-lite black film of car body are studied. Three kinds of technical routes to achieve color separration are analyzed, quality is analyzed according to the characteristics of bright black film, and the influencing factors of process design. At the same time, the process parameters and control methods are stiplated, the ultimata goal is produce a qualified and high efficiency produtct.
