摘  要:目的:研究保心宁片中无机元素的组成及含量。方法:使用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定。结果:测出保心宁片中含有33种无机元素,其中含量较高的为Al、Mg、Ca等常量元素,同时富含Ba、Mn、Sr、Ti、Zn、Se、Cu等微量元素。结论:药品中含有多种微量元素,从无机元素角度找到了保心宁片治疗冠心病、心绞痛等心血管疾病的物质基础。Objective: To study the inorganic elements in the tablet of Bao Xin Ning. Methods: ICP-MS. Results:33 kinds of inorganic elements were detected in the samples and the contents of Al, Mg and Ca were higher than the others. There were also some Ba, Mn, Sr, Ti Zn, Se, Cu and so on. Conclusions: The research confirmed the effect of inorganic on coronary disease and angina pectoris.
