摘　　要：界定了灭火救援扁平化指挥模式及其运行模式的内涵,指出了在灭火救援指挥中推行扁平化指挥模式的必要性,提出了实现扁平化指挥模式的具体方法和应把握的几个关键因素。The author defined the concept of flattened firefighting and rescue command and its operation mode and the necessity of pushing its adoption in commanding practice,and came up with the specific methods to fulfill the flattening mode and several critical factors to be assured.
