摘　　要：疣状表皮痣为一种好发于面部及体表的损容性表皮发育畸形,传统的药物治疗疗效不佳且复发率高。具有破坏性的方法包括手术切除、电刀烧灼、冷冻手术,虽然疗效尚佳,但是不可避免的产生明显的术后瘢痕。最新进展还是集中在激光技术的使用上,本文对近年来疣状表皮痣的激光治疗作一综述。Verrucous epidermal nevus is one of the epidermis malformations,the traditional treatment of medicine have poor therapeutic effect with high rate of relapse. The curative effects of destructive methods including the surgical resection,electric knife burning,cryosurgery are good,but could inevitably produce obvious postoperative scarring. The latest progress is focused on the use of laser technology,in this paper,we made a review of the laser treatment of verrucous epidermal nevus in recent years.
