中药配方颗粒提取工艺研究进展

摘　　要：目的了解中药配方颗粒提取工艺研究的进展情况,探讨《中药配方颗粒管理办法》和《中药配方颗粒质量控制与标准制定技术要求》对提取工艺研究可能产生的影响。方法检索"中国知网"中文全文数据库,分析中药配方颗粒提取工艺相关文献。结果中药配方颗粒提取方法有水煎煮、乙醇加热、水蒸馏等;研究多采用正交设计,响应面法在逐渐增多。结论《中药配方颗粒管理办法》和《中药配方颗粒质量控制与标准制定技术要求》将对中药配方颗粒提取工艺研究产生深远影响。OBJECTIVE To understand the progress of the research on the extraction process of Chinese medi- cine formula granules,and to explore the possible impact of the ＂Management Methods of Chinese Medicine Formula- tion Granules＂ and ＂Technical Requirements for Quality Control and Standardization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Granules＂ on the extraction process. METHODS The literatures of ＂Chinese Knowledge Network＂ were searched and the related literatures were analyzed. RESULTS The method of extracting Chinese medicine granules was water decoction,ethanol heating,water distillation and so on. The orthogonal design was adopted, and the response surface method was gradually increased. CONCLUSION ＂Chinese medicine formula granule management approach＂ and ＂traditional Chinese medicine granule quality control and standard setting technical requirements＂ will have a pro- found effect on the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine granules.
