摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定史国公药酒中红花的羟基红花黄色素A的方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸(26∶2∶72),检测波长403nm,体积流量1.0mL·min^(-1),柱温25℃。结果羟基红花黄色素A在162.72~2440.80ng(r=0.9989)与峰面积线性关系良好,回收率为97.62%,RSD为0.82%。结论建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A in ShiGuoGong medicinal liquor. METHODS The determination was performed on ZORBAX-C18 （250mm x 4. 6mm, 5μm） with column temperature set at 25℃. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0. 7% phosphoric acid （26： 2： 72）at a flow rate of 1. 0mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 403nm. RESULTS The linear range of Hydroxysafflor yellow A was 162. 72 - 2440. 80ng （ r = 0. 9989 ）, with recovery at97.62% , RSD = 0. 82% .CONCLUSION The method proved is simple,accurate,reproducible and specific, and it can be used for the quality control and evaluation of ShiGuoGong medicinal liquor.
