2015～2016年我院住院患者质子泵抑制剂使用调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院住院患者质子泵抑制剂使用情况,以进一步促进临床合理用药。方法通过医院病案系统,抽取我院2015~2016年使用质子泵抑制剂的住院患者病例,包括各科室不同给药途径PPIs使用情况、销售金额、用药频度进行调查分析。结果 2015~2016年我院住院患者口服PPIs销售金额分别为74.12万元、51.22万元,注射PPIs销售金额分别为296.99万元、493.34万元。2015年口服、注射PPIs的用药频度(DDDs)分别为90144、49391,相应的限定日费用(DDC)分别为8.22元、60.13元。2016年口服、注射PPIs的DDDs分别为82094、69828,相应的DDC分别为6.24元、70.65元。对具体科室使用不同给药途径PPIs的DDDs排序,2015~2016年口服PPIs的DDDs排在第一位的科室均为心血管内科,注射PPIs的DDDs排在第一位的科室均为消化内科。结论 PPIs在临床上的使用日益广泛,应严格按照药品适应症及患者的具体情况进行选择药物治疗。OBJECTIVE To understood the use condition of proton pump inhibitors （PPIs） in our hospital inpa- tients and further promote clinical rational drug. METHODS Throughout hospital medical records system, medical records with using PPIs were analyzed during 2015 -2016 ,including the condition of use PPIs through different ways in treatment in different department, sales amount, defined daily dose （DDDs）. RESULTS The oral PPIs of sales amount were ？412000 and 5122000 yuan and the injected PPIs of sales amount were 29699000 and 49334000 yuan during 2015 - 2016 respectively. In 2015, oral and injected PPIs of DDDs were seperatively 90144 and 49391. The corresponding of qualified local costs were 8.22 yuan and 60. 13 yuan, respectively for oral and injected PPIs. Oral and injected PPIs of DDDs were 82094 and 69828. Their DDC were 6.24 yuan and 70. 65 yuan. The DDDs of differ- ent drug delivery system PPIs were sorted in specific departments. The leading of oral was cardiovascular medicine and the leading of injected PPIs was digestive system department during 2015 - 2016. CONCLUSION The use of PPIs were increaseing quickly in the clinic. And we should be strict with drug indications and patient＇s specific situa- tion to choose medical treatment.
