摘  要:目的探讨甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍联合治疗对2型糖尿病患者的疗效、氧化应激指标和血糖的影响。方法选取我院从2016年7月至2017年7月收治的90例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为两组:对照组45例,给予甘精胰岛素治疗;观察组45例,在对照组的基础上给予二甲双胍治疗。治疗2个月后,观察比较两组的总有效率、氧化应激指标、血糖指标、胰岛功能指标以及药物不良反应等。结果治疗2个月后,两组患者总有效率分别为95.6%和77.8%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组活性氧簇(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)、空腹血糖(FBG)、两小时餐后血糖(2h PG)以及糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者比对照组患者下降更加显著(P<0.05);两组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、空腹C肽和餐后2小时C肽较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组患者比对照组患者升高更加显著(P<0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素与二甲双胍联合治疗对2型糖尿病患者的疗效显著,不仅可以有效降低患者血糖,还可以改善患者氧化应激状态和胰岛功能,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Insulin Glargine Combined with Metformin on the efficacy,oxidative stress index,and blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 90 cases(from July2016 to July 2017) were randomly divided into control group(45) and observation group(45) according to random number table method in our hospital. The control groupwere giveninsulin glargine,whilethe observation groupwere givenmetformin in addition. After the treatment for 2 months,the total effective rates,oxidative stress index,blood glucose levels,islet function index,adverse drug reactions for both groups were observed. Results The total effective rates of two groups were 95. 6% and 77. 8%,in which the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0. 05). The levels of ROS,MDA,FBG,2 h PG and Hb Alc were significantly lower than that of pre-treatment(P〈0. 05),and the observation group decreased more than that of the control group(P〈0. 05). The levels of GSH-PX,SOD,fasting C-peptide and 2-hour postprandial C-peptide were significantly improved(P〈0. 05),and the observation group was improved more than that of the control group(P〈0. 05). And there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The method of insulin glargine combined with metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes is significantly effective,which can not only reduce blood glucose,but also improve the oxidative stress and islet function withpromising safety,so it is worth of promoting.
