摘　　要：随着人口老龄化以及生活水平的提高,高血压的防治工作日益受到人们的重视。其中,社区高血压管理是高血压防治项目的重要切入点。本研究综述了国内外社区高血压管理的主要模式,并分析了各自的优缺点,最后提出了我国目前社区高血压管理存在的问题以及信息时代背景下新型高血压管理模式的发展所面临的挑战。With the aging of the population and the improvement of living standards, the prevention and control of hypertension is becoming more and more important. Among them, community hypertension management is an important entry point for hypertension prevention programs. In this paper the main mode of community hypertension management at home and abroad was reviewed, and analyzed their respective advantages and disadvantages,finally put forward the current problems in community management of hypertension in China, and the challenges faced by new type of high blood pressure management mode under the background of information age.
