成都市6例人感染H7N9禽流感病例流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的总结分析成都市P区人感染H7N9禽流感病例流行病学调查结果,为今后科学应对类似疾病提供参考。方法采用现场流行病学和实验室检测相结合的方法,收集病例临床和流行病学资料,采集并检测病例、相关环境等标本,分析可能的感染来源、流行病学特征和临床特征。结果 2017-04-19/27报告的6例病例均有发热、咳嗽、肺部感染等症状,3例治愈,3例死亡。确诊平均时间在发病后7.5 d。6例病例发病前均在流动摊贩处购买活禽回家喂养。病家、市场及流动摊贩家环境中检出H7N9禽流感病毒阳性。结论病例感染来源为流动摊贩所售活禽。需全面落实家禽自养户、市场监管、源头管控等综合措施,来有效防治H7N9禽流感。Objective The study summarized the epidemiological investigation results of the 6 cases of human infection with H7 N9 avian influenza in Chengdu,in order to provide references for dealing with similar diseases scientifically in the future. Methods The field epidemiology and laboratory testing were used to collect the H7 N9 cases’ clinical and epidemiological data,as well as collected and tested the samples of the H7 N9 cases and the samples of relevant environment, so that the possible sources of infection, the epidemiological characteristics and clinical features could be analyzed. Results Fever,cough and lung infection symptoms were the earliest symptoms of the 6 cases,among which 3 cases were cured and 3 cases were died from the disease.The cases were confirmed 7. 5 days after the onset of the first symptoms. All 6 cases bought live poultry which was sold by street vendors and took them back home and fed before the onset of the disease. H7 N9-positive specimens were detected in suspicious exposed external environments. Conclusion the live poultries which were sold by street vendors were the source of infection of disease. Strengthen the surveillance of poultries household,the market and the source,can reduce the fatality rate of human avian influenza cases.
