摘　　要：目的分析普洱市肺结核病流行特征,为开发和制定符合普洱市的肺结核控制策略提供科学依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统的传染病网络直报系统和结核病管理信息系统、普洱市结核病防治规划(2011-2015年)终期评估报表,对普洱市2005-2016年肺结核流行特征进行描述性分析。结果 2005-2016年普洱市肺结核平均发病率为67.33/10万,病死率为0.37%(79/21 154),疫情总体呈现出上升趋势,患者年龄主要集中在20~64岁,占病例总数的80.29%(16 985/21 154),65岁以上老年人发病率呈逐年上升趋势;边境县肺结核发病率高于内地县。结论青壮年为普洱市肺结核防治的重点人群,老年人为普洱市肺结核防治的重点关注对象;边境地区为普洱市肺结核防治的重点。Objective To analyze epidemic characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Pu’er city and provide a scientific basis for developing appropriate strategies for the control of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Epidemic characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Pu’er through 2005 to 2016 were descriptively analyzed using the network direct reporting system for infectious diseases and tuberculosis management information system of Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System and the midterm evaluation reports of the tuberculosis prevention and treatment program（2011-2015） of Pu’er. Results From 2005 to 2016,the average incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis was 67. 33/105,and the case fatality rate was 0. 37%（79/21 154）. The epidemic situation showed a rising trend overall. Patients aged between 20 and 64 years accounted for 80. 29%（16 985/21 154） of the total. The incidence rate in elderly people aged 〉65 years showed a yearly increasing trend. Incidences in borderland counties were higher than in inland counties. Conclusion Young adults are the key population of tuberculosis control in Pu’er. The elderly are a population need critical attention in prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis in Pu’er. Borderland areas are the focus of tuberculosis control in Pu’er.
