2015-2017年自贡市环境和职业人群禽流感监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解自贡市外环境禽流感污染情况和职业暴露人群禽流感病毒感染状况,为预防控制策略制定提供科学的依据。方法采用Real-time PCR对环境标本进行H5、H7、H9禽流感病毒核酸检测。采用马红细胞血凝抑制试验检测职业暴露人群H7N9、H9N2及H5N6 RG血凝素抗体。结果 2015-2017年度共采集职业人群血清175份,经国家疾控中心血清学检测H7N9、H9N2及H5N6 RG抗体均为阴性。共采集环境高致病禽流感标本298份,经RT-PCR检测后A型禽流感核酸阳性率为25.50%(76/298);阳性样本均来自活禽市场,阳性率为30.65%(76/248)。清洗禽类污水类样品中核酸阳性率最高(47.37%)。结论自贡市2016年之前职业人群中无H7N9、H9N2及H5N6 RG的感染者,活禽市场存在禽流感病毒的广泛污染,是禽流感防控工作的关键环节。进行活禽市场外环境监测应优先采集清洗禽类污水作为标本。Objective To investigate the contamination of environment outside and the infection situation on occupational expose population by avian flu in Zigong city,to provide scientific reference for control and prevention strategy making. Methods The environment samples were collected and tested for H5,H7 and H9 avian flu virus nucleic acid by real-time PCR. The serum of occupational expose people for H7 N9,H9 N2 and H5 N6 RG hemagglutinin antibody were-tested by magenta cells inhibition test. Results From 2015 to 2017,we’d collected 175 serum samples of occupational expose people,and the H7 N9,H9 N2 and H5 N6 RG hemagglutinin antibody were all negative by serologic detection of National Center for Disease Control and Prevention. And we’d collected 298 samples of highly pathogenic avian flu from environment outside. By RT-PCR detection,the positive rate of nucleic acid of avian flu type A was 25. 50%（ 76/298）,all positive samples were collected from the live poultry market,positive rate 30. 65%（ 76/248）. Among all the kinds of collected samples, the poultry washed water presented the highest avian flu positive rate（ 47. 37%）.Conclusion Before 2016,there was no H7 N9,H9 N2 and H5 N6 RG infections among occupational population.There were wide spread contamination of avian flu virus in live poultry markets of Zigong,these markets should be focused in avian flu control and prevention. Poultry washed water was a recommending sample during avian flu environment surveillance.
