摘  要:各级智能电网调度控制系统的推广应用对系统运维工作提出了新的要求,亟待转变当前分散式运维模式,建立集中运维工作标准化流程,实现全系统运维的集约化、自动化和互助化。分析了运维的现状和集中运维的必要性,提出全系统集中运维的功能架构、安全防护、标准化流程和技术实施方案,探讨了集中运维模式的关键技术。目前智能电网调度控制系统集中运维中心建成投运,验证了集中运维模式能够有效提升系统运行稳定性和安全性。The popularization and application of the smart power dispatching control systems propose new requirements to the system operation and maintenance work. Therefore it is in urgent need of changing the current decentralized operation mode, and establishes centralized operation and maintenance standardized work processes to achieve the whole system operation and maintenance intensification, automation and mutual assistance. The present situation of the operation and maintenance and the necessity of centralized operation and maintenance are analyzed. The function framework, safety precaution, standardized process and technical implementation plan of whole system centralized operation and maintenance are put forward, and the key technologies are discussed. The centralized operation and maintenance center of smart power dispatching system has been completed and put into operation, which show that the centralized mode can effectively improve the system stability and security.
