摘 要:针对某钢厂100 t钢包因旋涡临界高度较高引起残钢量较大的问题,依据相似原理,建立了1∶3的钢包物理模型,通过水力学模拟的方法研究了控制静置时间、加入挡渣球、吹氩三种方式对钢包旋涡开始起旋高度(临界高度)及贯通高度的影响。研究结果表明:在钢包初始条件一定时,随着静置时间的延长,旋涡开始起旋高度及贯通高度均呈现先升高后降低的趋势;直径60 mm沟槽深度8 mm的挡渣球几乎可以完全消除旋涡,并满足钢包通钢量的要求;在合适的吹氩流量范围内,随着吹氩流量的增加,旋涡高度下降,在吹氩流量到达0.8 L/min时,临界高度和贯通高度比无吹氩时分别下降了58.8%和58.6%。For the problem of large residual steel caused by tall height of the vortex during teeming process of a 100 t ladle, based on the similarity criteria, a physical model with scale of 1 : 3 was established, and water modeling experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of resting time, slag stopping balls and the argon blowing on starting and penetrating height of the vortex during ladle teeming. The results show that, when parameters of the ladle are given, both the starting and the penetrating height of the vortex first increase, and then decrease with increasing resting time. The use of a slag stopping balls, whose diameter is 60 mm and groove depth is 8 ram, could almost entirely eliminate the vortex and meet the requirement of the ladle steel flow. With the increase of argon flow, the vortex height decreases, and the starting and penetration height decrease by 58.8 % and 58.6 % respectively when the argon flow reaches 0.8 L/min.
