摘 要:粉末渗锌技术已成为钢铁件防腐蚀的主要技术之一,但目前针对工程应用的形状复杂的螺纹紧固件的研究较少。采用转动粉末渗锌法对45钢螺栓进行了粉末渗锌,考察了渗剂填充量及渗锌罐转速等工艺参数对渗层组织、渗锌速度及渗层分布均匀性的影响。利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对渗锌层形貌、渗层分布、金相组织进行了分析。结果表明:渗剂填充量对仿牙渗锌层的厚度及螺纹牙顶、牙底渗层差异性表现出显著影响,渗锌罐转速的增加有利于提高渗层分布的均匀性。通过对工艺参数的控制可使粉末渗锌层沿螺纹的牙顶、牙底、螺帽等部位均匀分布。Sheradizing has become the main technics for corrosion protection of steel parts. In this paper, zinc coating was prepared on the sur- face of 45 steel bolt by sheradizing.The effects of technic parameters such as diffusion agent loading and rotational speed on the microstructure, velocity and distribution uniformity of zinc coating were investigated. Moreover, the morphology, elemental distribution and metallurgical structure of the zinc coating were analyzed by OM and SEM. Results showed that the diffusion agent loading greatly affected the thickness of imitation tooth layer and the otherness on the screw cap, crest of screw thread and thread root. The increase of the rotational speed for zinc pot was favorable to the improvement of the uniform distribution of the zinc coating. Through the control of the process parameters, the zinc coating was uniformly distributed along the screw cap, crest of screw thread and thread root.
