摘 要:针对造成大倾角长壁综采工作面液压支架稳定性难以维持的煤层顶板岩层破断垮落形态、底板变形形态进行了归纳,并对液压支架存在的滑移失稳、倾倒失稳和尾部扭斜3种失稳状态进行了分析,得到了发生各类失稳的临界条件。对维持大倾角工作面液压支架的稳定性的措施,从支架防倒、防滑装置的设置、设计参数选取、工作面合理布置方式等方面进行了概括,并以某大倾角综放工作面的实际生产状况为例,验证了上述防止液压支架倒、滑的措施及装置的合理性、可行性。The collapse of roof rock strata and the deformation morphology of the bottom plate which cause the difficult to maintain the stability of support in high angle full-mechanized coalface were summarized, analyzed the slip instability, dumping instability and the tail skew of hydraulic support, and the critical conditions for all kinds of instability are obtained. Measures to maintain the stability of the hydraulic support of the high angle coalface were summarized in ways of the setting of anti-slip device, selection of design parameters and reasonable layout of working face. The reasonableness and feasibility of the above measures and devices were verified by the actual production status of high angle full-mechanized coalface.
