摘 要:针对传统煤热解工艺焦油产率低、品质差的问题,采用甲醇水蒸气重整(SRM)与煤热解(CP)耦合的新工艺,研究了热解气氛、热解温度、水醇流量等因素在CP-SRM耦合过程中对热解产物分布的影响规律,分析了CP-SRM耦合过程的反应机理。研究结果表明:在热解温度550℃、水醇流量300 m L/min时,耦合过程焦油产率最高达16.1%,比相同温度、相同流量时N2、H2气氛下分别高出78.9%、24.8%。焦油中苯、酚、萘菲蒽(NPA)含量比N2气氛下分别高出64.0%、26.7%、31.4%,比H2气氛下分别高出20.6%、12.7%、17.8%。进一步证实了CP-SRM耦合过程不仅可以提高焦油产率,而且能够提升焦油品质。Aiming at the problems of low tar yield and poor quality of traditional coal pyrolysis process,a novel integrated process of coal pyrolysis (CP) with steam reforming of methanol (SRM) was proposed. The influence of pyrolysis atmosphere, pyrolysis temperature, water alcohol flow rate on the distribution of pyrolysis products in the process of CP-SRM were studied. And analyzed reaction mechanism of CP-SRM process.The results showed that the tar yield of the integrated process was up to 16.1% under the conditions of pyrolysis temperature 550 ℃, water alcohol flow 300 mL/min, which was 78.9% and 24.8% higher than that in N2 and H2 atmosphere respectively when everything else is equal. The content of benzene, phenol, NPA in tar was 64.0%, 26.7% and 31.4% higher than that in N2 atmosphere, 20.6%, 12.7% and 17.8% higher than that in H2 atmosphere, respectively. It is further comfirmed that both the tar yield and the quality of tar can be improved by the CP-SRM integrated process.
