摘 要:目的:优选中药抗癌复方9号的颗粒剂成型工艺。方法:以辅料配比、乙醇浓度、干燥温度为考察因素,以外观形状、粒度合格率、制剂吸湿率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选成型工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,糖粉:糊精2∶1,辅料用量4.5∶1,干燥温度50℃。结论:该工艺条件合理可行,重复性好。Objective: To optimize the granule forming process of traditional Chinese medicine anticancer compound prescription No.9. Methods: The ratio of excipients, ethanol concentration and drying temperature were taken as the investigation factors. Appearance shape, pass rate of granularity and moisture absorption rate of formulation were used as evaluation indicators. Orthogonal test was used to optimize the molding process. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration is 70 %, powdered sugar: dextrin is 2 ; 1, additive amount is 4.5 : 1, and drying temperature is 50℃. Conclusion: The process conditions are reasonable and feasible, and the repeatability is good.
