摘 要:以江苏某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂焚烧飞灰为研究对象,考察了硫化钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、TMT、ES有机鳌合剂5种化学药剂对飞灰重金属的稳定化效果,并选择无机药剂与有机药剂复配的方式对飞灰进行稳定化处理。结果表明:(1)5种化学药剂都对飞灰中的重金属具有一定的稳定化效果,其中有机鳌合剂效果明显优于无机药剂。无机药剂中硫化钠效果最佳,硫化钠投加量2.0%时Pb、Cd的浸出浓度均低于GB16889-2008的规定限值;有机鳌合剂中ES鳌合剂效果最佳,当其投加量为1.5%时Pb、Cd的浸出浓度可满足生活垃圾填埋场入场填埋要求。(2)ES鳌合剂和硫化钠复配使用时,当二者配比为4︰1时稳定化产物中Pb、Cd的浸出浓度低于GB 16889-2008的规定限值。Taking the fly ash from a municipal solid waste incineration power plant in Jiangsu province as the research object, five different reagents of Na2S, Na2HPO4 ,aH2PO4, TMT, ES organic reagents were used to stabilize the heavy metals in fly ash. And an appropriate matching method and amount of chemical agents were selected forstabilization of Chongqing fly ash. The results showed that : (1) The five chemical agent had a significant impact on the stabilization of heavy metals in fly ash, and the effect of organic mixture was superior to that of inorganic agent. Sodium sulfide in inorganic preparations had the best effect, and the leaching concentration of Pb and Cd were lower than the prescribed limit of GB 16889-2008 at 2.0 % of the sodium sulfide dosage.The leaching concentration of Pb and Cd can meet the requirements of entering the landfill in the garbage landfill when the amount of the ES mixture was 1.5 %. (2) When the mixture of ES mixture and sodium sulfide were used, the leaching concentration of Pb and Cd in the stabilized product were lower than the prescribed limit of GB 16889-2008 when the organic chelant to sodium sulfide mass ratio of 4 : 1.
